Kilter Rural is 61% owned by Regal Partners (ASX:RPL), a specialist alternatives investment manager that houses four dedicated investment management businesses.


Established in 2004, Kilter Rural is a specialist manager investing in Australian water, farmland and ecosystem assets, managing a portfolio of more than $225 million1 on behalf of institutional, wholesale and high net worth investors. Kilter’s purpose is to build long-term value for investors through resilient farmland and water investments, and is one of the largest and most respected water asset managers in Australia. For more than a decade, Kilter Rural has been aggregating farmland and developing a high efficiency, irrigated cropping operation that maximises returns on water assets to deliver long-term returns for their investors.
