The Regal Emerging Companies Opportunities Fund is the fourth and final Fund in Regal’s highly successful Emerging Companies series.
Focused on identifying the next generation of leading Australian companies, the Fund invests in listed and unlisted microcap companies, pre-IPO opportunities, IPOs and secondary capital raisings.
The Fund is open to applications quarterly and redemptions semi-annually and is suitable for wholesale and sophisticated investors who have a longer-term investment horizon.
Regal Emerging Companies I, II and III Funds
Inception
November 2016 - August 2019
Regal launched the first of four dedicated Emerging Companies Funds in 2016, which focused on identifying the next generation of leading companies, investing in pre-IPOs, IPOs, listed and unlisted microcap companies, and secondary capital raisings.
- Fund I (launched 1 November 2016), closed with all capital returned in February 2022.
- Fund II (launched 1 April 2018), closed with all capital returned in May 2024.
- Fund III (launched 1 August 2019) is starting to return capital to investors.
