Regal Emerging Companies Strategy

The strategy seeks to take advantage of a gap in the Australian market for the funding of emerging companies that do not fit the mandates or criteria of traditional investment firms. Regal aims to generate attractive returns by investing in pre-IPO and other unlisted opportunities, in addition to listed microcap companies.

The Regal Emerging Companies Fund closed on 1 November 2016 and the Regal Emerging Companies Fund II closed on 1 April 2018. The Regal Emerging Companies Fund III had an initial close on 1 August 2019. 

The Regal Emerging Companies Opportunities Fund was launched on 10 August 2020.  In contrast to our existing Emerging Companies Funds, the Fund is open ended in nature, with no fixed maturity date.  Please see below for more information.
